Job Title: Master Electrician


Shift/Pay/Additional Information:


+ 2x opening - DIRECT HIRE

+ ALL SHIFTS NEED TO BE OPEN TO COMING IN AS EARLY AS 2 HOURS PRIOR TO START TIME

+ 1st shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm. 40hrs a week. Monday to Friday. Should also expect to work a 6th day, twice out of each month. 40-48hrs a week

+ 2nd shift - 2:00pm-10:30pm. 40hrs a week. Monday to Friday. Should also expect to work a 6th day, twice out of each month. 40-48hrs a week

+ $38.03-$45.65 hourly, based on experience.

+ After 2,000 hours (roughly 7-9 months) pay will bump up another $2.00.

+ They will give an additional $2 if someone has Journeyman card


Job Description


We are seeking two skilled Master Electricians to join our team, focusing primarily on electrical maintenance with some mechanical duties. The role involves maintaining ammonia equipment, chillers, freezers, conveyor lines, air compressors, and various other industry-specific equipment. You will communicate with PLC systems via desktop software, upload, and modify PLC logic, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure reliable system performance.


Responsibilities


+ Perform 80/20 electrical versus mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.

+ Maintain ammonia equipment, chillers, freezers, conveyor lines, air compressors, and various industry-specific equipment.

+ Communicate with PLC systems via desktop software to monitor operations, diagnose faults, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

+ Upload and modify PLC logic to support maintenance activities and ensure reliable system performance.

+ Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, valves, bearings, motors, bushings, swapping out motors, etc.

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V single and three-phase.

+ Conduct MIG and Stick Welding of stainless steel equipment.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Perform minor machining installation and rigging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $94952.00 - $94952.00/yr.


- Weekly Pay
- Bluecross Blueshield of Kansas - This will kick in 1st of the month after 60 days
- 90 day probationary peroid
- Will be provided company uniforms, they will put them on and leave them there each day for work
- Climate controlled plant; around 62-65 degrees
- 1-3yrs will receive 1 week vacation, 3-7yrs 2 weeks vacation
- Will be in Union
- 401K through John Hancock
