8+ years experience in commercial or residential installation and service
Ability to pull permits
Proficient at reading and understanding schematics and blueprints
Able to be on the "on call" schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to read, write, and speak English
Valid drivers license: Travel will be required throughout Shipleys geographic coverage in Southeastern/Central PA and Northern MD while in a Shipley provided work vehicle

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift, pull, and/or push 50 pounds
Able to climb ladders and work off scaffolding
Able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time
Responsibilities:
Install, diagnose, and repair any commercial and residential electrical wiring and components (Generac Generator Install Experience preferred)
Complete all paperwork according to company procedure and submit daily
Diagnosing and submitting part orders for customers, only with approval
Provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure
Complete job assignments according to plans and in compliance with all codes and standards
Positively promoting the companys products and services, developing equipment leads and selling service contracts
Assist other team members to achieve maximum success, safety, and efficiency
Maintain required truck inventory as audited
Maintain a neat appearance in proper, clean uniform always, as well as your work vehicle
Perform all duties in a safe manner ensuring incident-free operations
Report any incident or accident as soon as possible to the General Manager and office
Maintain all certified testing equipment in proper working order and report any deficiencies
