What You’ll Be Doing You’ll own jobs from start to finish — not just turn wrenches.
Talk directly with customers — explain problems, solutions, and timelines like a pro
Write and manage repair orders with accuracy and accountability
Source and order the right parts (no guesswork, no excuses)
Inspect, measure, and diagnose engine components with precision
Machining & Building:
Bore, hone, and deck blocks
Install cylinder sleeves
Rebuild cylinder heads (valves, guides, seats)
Grind crankshafts
Resurface heads, flywheels, drums, and rotors
Full tear-down and assembly of gas and diesel engines
Hold tight tolerances and back up your work with confidence
