- Mentor & guide junior techs (without babysitting)

EQUIPMENT & SYSTEMS
- Heavy-duty diesel trucks & equipment
- Advanced electrical systems
- Emissions & aftertreatment (DPF, DEF, SCR)
- Engine rebuilds & driveline systems
- OEM & advanced diagnostic software
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years heavy-duty diesel experience
- Proven master-level diagnostic ability
- Strong electrical & aftertreatment knowledge
- ASE, OEM, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Own professional-grade tools
- Leadership mindset with zero ego
