Summary
The Master Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HEM) Technician is responsible for the inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of a wide range of company-owned equipment. This role ensures all equipment is safe, reliable, and road-ready by adhering to both company protocols and industry standards.
Education and Experience
A degree/diploma from an accredited Heavy Equipment and/or Diesel Technician program. Or 10+ years of equivalent experience working with heavy/medium duty diesel heavy equipment validated through the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) Foundation Technical Pre-Assessment with a passing overall score of =>75%. And must obtain AED Industry Certified Technician Assessment with a passing overall score of =>80% within 1 year of hire date.
