What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly repair a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client loyalty
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to junior technicians
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and safety on every job
- Help drive the company's continued growth through superior workmanship
What You Need
- 8+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
Nice-to-Haves
- NATE Certification
- HVAC Trade School Certificate
- ServiceTitan experience
- Light commercial experience
- Knowledge of zoning systems, programming, and air balancing
