Master Maintenance Technician - Property Management

We are an established property management company looking for a hard-working Master Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibility / Experience

This team member will work within our maintenance group to perform skilled maintenance, provide expertise/project advice, mentor junior technicians.

Candidates must be skilled in ALL aspects of maintenance and remodels with 15+ years experience. You will be responsible for range of maintenance needs:

· Apartment maintenance and remodel: drywall, hanging cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, doors, bath and tile install, electrical, plumbing, etc.

· Exterior improvements: stucco, siding, wood repair, hardscape, etc.

· Electrical: outlets and switches, breakers, light fixtures,

· Plumbing: fixtures, angle stops, recirc pumps, supply lines, sweat copper pipes, drainpipes and water heaters

· Safety: equipment, process and best practice

Requirements:

· Valid license and reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred)

· Have all required tools for general home/apartment maintenance

· Smartphone and general proficiency around technology

We are a mid-sized property management company that specializes in multi-family residential management. Our properties our located throughout San Diego county with a high concentration in Hillcrest and North Park.
