We are a well-established and growing automotive repair shop committed to providing top quality service and building a team of skilled, passionate professionals. We are looking for a highly skilled master mechanic who is equally passionate about turning wrenches and training the next generation of technicians. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles and the leadership skills to mentor the next generation of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles
Lead by example with efficient, high quality work and strong problem-solving
Oversee and mentor junior technicians in day to day tasks
Develop and implement training sessions, workshops and hands on demonstrations
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across the shop
Assist with workflow management and ensure shop productivity goals are met
Qualifications:
ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent experience
7+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in training, mentoring, or instructing others
High level of personal integrity, accountability and teamwork
Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
