- VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License required
- Commercial HVAC experience
- 7+years HVAC experience
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge, skill and successful performance of job functions in the mechanical field, including plumbing and HVAC
- Manages and oversees mechanical operations
- Strong technical experience in mechanical system maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a range of mechanical systems.
- Knowledgeable on state and local mechanical codes.
