Responsibilities:

• Full knowledge and Use of Service-Titan Software
• Perform residential and commercial service and repair work, including residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, re-pipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.
• Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem.
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Perform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problems
• Report documents of any problems and action taken
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems

Qualifications:

• Extensive residential contact with customers and dealing with customers performing estimates etc. 
• A high close rate and average ticket.  
• Must have experience in home and commercial services
•  Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field
•  Must pass background check
•  Ability to use a wide variety of plumbing tools
•  Good physical condition
•  Customer service experience as selling at the customers location is fundamental 
•  Must pass drug screen
•  Must have a valid Driver’s License

Initial Employment for first 30 days is commission only and we then perform an evaluation to determine salary levels. Key factors are attendance and being on time with customers with a low recall rate. Its also important to maintain a reasonable average ticket value.
