JOB TITLE: Master Planner
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX
PAY RATE: $22.50-140/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary: 

• Support development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

• Assist with proposal schedules, Statements of Work, and Basis of Estimates

• Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) in schedule development and analysis

• Provide risk, opportunity, and schedule impact analysis to Program Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, procurement, contracts)

• Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations

• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain required clearance (no action needed to start)

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology and schedule control processes

• Experience with EVM and program scheduling tools (Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional)

• Experience supporting complex proposals, audits, and project integration

• Experience with risk and opportunity analysis

• Familiarity with Engineering Manufacturing & Development (EMD) programs

• Experience with IPMDAR reporting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Self-starter with hands-on scheduling experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
