Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Assists in development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

• Supports proposal schedule development and reviews Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.

• Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.

• Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

• Utilizes Critical Path Methodology for schedule network development and analysis.

• Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.

• Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

• Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Demonstrates Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 5+ years of experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.

• 5+ years of experience with Critical Path.

• 5+ years of experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.

• 5+ years of experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).

• 5+ years of experience with Milestones Professional software.

• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.

• Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product.
