Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assists in development and maintenance of components of Program Integrated Master Schedule including proposal schedule development.

• Reviews and supports Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.

• Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.

• Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

• Applies Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.

• Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.

• Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

• Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Uses Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with Critical Path Methodology.

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software.

• Experience with Microsoft Project.

• Experience in schedule control processes, complex proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.

• Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including proposal development schedules.

• Cradle to grave project schedule creation experience (created new schedule from Statement of Work to completion).

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

• Experience working independently across technical teams developing basic understanding of technical product.
