We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Master Plumber / Maintenance Technician who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers in the field.
Responsibilities- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Fix leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems to find and fix problems quickly.
- Respond to service calls and complete work orders on time.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate professionally with customers and property managers.
- Follow safety rules and company standards at all times.
Experience- Must have plumbing experience in residential and commercial properties.
- A Texas Master Plumber License is preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and installations.
- Performing basic handyman work such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs when needed is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work is a plus.
- Ability to use tools and maintenance equipment safely.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work alone and complete jobs without close supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
