About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and launch of the new plumbing division.
- Oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff to uphold quality standards.
- Manage customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Develop and implement plumbing service plans and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Master Plumber license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality.
- Experience in leading or starting a division is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt and grow with the company.
