Master Plumber (Licensed) – Residential Service

We are a growing HVAC company in Highlands Ranch expanding our plumbing services and hiring a Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. This role offers steady year-round work, strong compensation, and the opportunity to help grow a plumbing division within an established company.

We are looking for a professional who can work independently in the field while also collaborating with a team of HVAC technicians and support staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
• Complete jobs independently and efficiently
• Work alongside HVAC technicians on combined system projects
• Follow Colorado plumbing codes and safety standards
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members

Requirements (Required to Apply)

• Active Colorado Master Plumber License
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

• Residential service plumbing
• HVAC/plumbing coordination experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (occasional on-call may apply)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE)
