Performance Objectives 

• Lead plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within stipulated deadlines and quality standards. 
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction through expert solutions. 
• Mentor and guide junior staff, improving team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. 
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations across all projects, maintaining Majestic's commitment to best practices. 
• Proactively manage client relationships during service delivery, promoting repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service. 
• Track and report on project progress and resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency and keep all stakeholders informed. 

Environment & Resources 

Join a dynamic team of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experts who work collaboratively to tackle a wide range of projects. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and have access to state-of-the-art tools and ongoing training to ensure you remain at the cutting edge of industry standards. 

Essential Qualifications 

• Current Georgia Master Plumber License with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. 
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality plumbing work in residential and commercial settings. 
• Strong ability to diagnose and solve intricate plumbing problems efficiently. 
• Experience in managing multiple projects and leading teams to success.
