Job Description: Job Overview The Plant Master Scheduler is responsible for translating approved demand and supply plans into a feasible, executable, and optimized production schedule for the plant. This role ensures that the right product is produced at the right time and in the right quantity, balancing customer service, inventory targets, capacity constraints, and cost. Drive adherence to inventory targets (FG and WIP) while maintaining high customer service levels. Support phase-in/phase-out execution and mitigate obsolescence risks. Monitor and report schedule adherence, plan vs. actual performance, and root causes of deviations. Act as the single point of coordination for plant-level scheduling decisions.
