Responsibilities:- Delivering and enhancing psych education material to clients on various mental health topics
- Co facilitating group therapy
- Documenting client interactions and group therapy
- Shadowing supervisors individual therapy sessions and discussing the development of their clinical skills.
- Engaging in weekly supervision
- Adhere to the ethical standards of the educational institution as well as Acenda code of conduct.

Requirements:- Must be enrolled in Master program for MSW, MFT, Clinical Psychology, or a related field in the human services field.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and therapeutic approaches.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and adaptability when working with diverse populations.
- Understanding of screening and assessment practices.
- Ability to develop and implement appropriate interventions based on client needs.
- Knowledge of systems-oriented practice and community-based service delivery models.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, electronic health records, and other informatics systems to support service delivery and documentation.
Additional Information:- $500 stipend per semester that the internship is completed
