    Description

    Location: Alexandria, VaRequired Clearance: Secret Clearance Certifications: N/ARequired Education: BS/BA degreeRequired Experience: 10 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

    Position Description:  

    PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the integrated master schedule for MODES III, ensuring alignment of program activities, milestones, and deliverables with PWS requirements, contract timelines, and Government priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    •    Develops, maintains, and controls the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with Task 1 activities, deliverables, and dependencies across all functional areas.Coordinates schedule inputs in support of Project Kick-Off activities and ongoing program execution, ensuring staffing, milestones, and deliverables are accurately reflected.
    •    Provides schedule planning, analysis, and forecasting to support Weekly Status Meetings and Technical Status Meetings, identifying risks, constraints, and critical path impacts.Performs schedule variance analysis, trend analysis, and impact assessments, recommending corrective actions and recovery strategies to maintain schedule integrity.
    •    Integrates schedule data into program reporting artifacts, including Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), ensuring consistency between schedule performance and reported progress.Collaborates with the Program Manager and functional leads to synchronize schedule activities with resource availability, task priorities, and Government-directed changes.

      Salary Range

      74K-103K

      The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
