    Mold & Production Master Scheduler

    Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653

    Shift: 1st Shift (M-F, 8AM - 5PM or 7AM-4PM)

    Onsite Only - No Remote Option

    About the Role

    As a Mold Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring molds are available, ready, and utilized efficiently to keep production running smoothly. You'll coordinate across multiple teams-production, tooling, maintenance, engineering, and suppliers-to prevent downtime, support new launches, and manage tooling changes.

    Key ResponsibilitiesPlan & Schedule Molds: Create and maintain mold usage schedules aligned with production needs.Ensure Tooling Readiness: Verify molds are production-ready and track their status (maintenance, repair, modification).Coordinate Maintenance & Repairs: Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; liaise with internal and external tooling shops.Support Engineering Changes & Launches: Align mold timing with new program launches and engineering change orders.Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary link between production planning, tooling, engineering, and quality teams.Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records of mold location, condition, and spare components.

    What We're Looking For

    Experience: Previous scheduling or tooling coordination experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Technical: Familiarity with mold maintenance cycles, shot counts, and tooling audits.Tools: Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
