Position: Master Scheduler

Location: Claremont, NC

Responsibilities: This an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in the Claremont area. You will develop, maintain, and execute production schedules across multiple manufacturing divisions. You will work closely with production, materials, warehousing, sales, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing capacity, inventory levels, and material availability. In this role, you will analyze forecasts, customer releases, inventory, and production constraints to create achievable schedules and drive on-time delivery performance.

* 5+ years of production planning and scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment

* Automotive manufacturing scheduling experience strongly preferred, including exposure to customer releases, EDI schedules, JIT/JIS, and OEM forecasting

* Experience generating and maintaining production schedules, reports, capacity plans, and inventory analysis

* ERP system experience required; experience with Navision and/or SAP preferred

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production, inventory, and demand data to support scheduling decisions

* Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams
