Master Scheduler

Adecco is hiring for a Master Scheduler for a manufacturer in Devens! This is a direct hire opportunity.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Creation: Build the master production schedule (MPS) or integrated master schedule (IMS).

• Demand Matching: Balance sales forecasts and actual orders with production capabilities.

• Resource Sync: Align labor, materials, and equipment timelines to prevent bottlenecks.

• Risk Tracking: Monitor project milestones and analyze potential schedule delays.

Common Tools & Skills

• Software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, or specialized ERP systems.

• Core Traits: Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, and supply chain knowledge
