Essentially, you’ll lead a team in contract/program cost and/or schedule development and management/analysis for developing engineering programs for critical major components, or production or logistics programs for a large custom subsystems or small total systems. The scope of the programs will have a contract value typically at $20-50M per year, with total program value of $50-300M. You’ll lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within the contract parameters, the analysis of program performance (historical and predictive), the monitoring of the contract/program estimate at completion, and the review of results and recommendations to program teams.
