Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with Customer Care, Logistics, and manufacturing departments.
Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.
Integrates sales orders with master schedule; coordinates availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.
Maintains master distribution schedule for all facilities; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
Collaborate with Customer Care and Operations to utilize the production schedule to forecast monthly revenue for assigned sites as part of the monthly Flash process
Participate in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related departments; leads additional planning meetings with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service staff.
Use overall plant performance to expected metrics as tool to monitor scheduling sequence improvement performance.
Investigate production issues as they arise; work with plant operations to develop and execute action plans for resolution.
Work to implement process improvement, methods improvement, and problem-solving activities to improve productivity and reduce cost (Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods to minimum levels)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
At least five years of related experience required.
Professional certification by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) preferred.
Strong computer skills.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI preferred.

Compensation for this position can be up to $90,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. We are committed to fair and equitable competition practices.
