Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align MPS with forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
  • Monitor production performance against the MPS, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze demand patterns, production capacity, and inventory levels to optimize scheduling strategies.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate, update, and manage the MPS and related planning data.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to review MPS adherence, address constraints, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) and advanced planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize production schedules.
