Master Scheduler Location: Riverside, CA Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000/year Position Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Master Scheduler to serve as the planning leader for our manufacturing operations. This role goes beyond running MRP or managing materials; it owns end-to-end production planning and scheduling, drives SIOP execution, and establishes the data discipline required to support a successful ERP environment. The ideal candidate will lead the planning side of our ERP, connect demand to capacity and materials, own the Clear-to-Build process, and translate the master schedule into work center- and station-level execution on the production floor. This role operates cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production, ensuring alignment to a single, executable plan in a dynamic, restart and scale-up manufacturing environment.
