Responsibilities:Position Summary
The Manager, Master Scheduling leads the master scheduling function across Cordis finished goods manufacturing sites and serves as the operational bridge between the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and manufacturing execution. This role is responsible for translating approved supply plans into executable production schedules within the tactical planning horizon while ensuring alignment with capacity, material availability, customer service requirements, inventory objectives, and overall business priorities.
The position establishes standardized master scheduling processes, drives schedule governance, and partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Materials, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and SIOP to proactively identify and manage risks that could impact customer service, inventory, working capital, and business performance. This role also contributes to planning decisions, operational strategy, and workforce capability development for the Master Scheduling organization.
