What You'll Do
- Lead residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures
- Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
- Mentor and support developing plumbers/technicians
- Help build and refine processes for the plumbing department
- Work closely with leadership to grow the division
What You Need
- Master Plumbing License (Texas)
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong leadership mindset and desire to build/lead a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements
