What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs
• Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards
• Mentor and support developing technicians
• Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment
• Stay current on Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements

What You'll Bring

• Hyundai Master Certification preferred (or equivalent advanced manufacturer certification)
• 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience, Preferred.
• ASE Certifications strongly preferred
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Strong electrical and computer diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $31.00 - $45.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
