Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to join our high-performing Service Department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled technician who thrives on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and delivering exceptional workmanship.
Candidates must possess a minimum of two (2) current ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certifications. Additional ASE certifications, Master Technician status, or manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific software and electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
- Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality.
- Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
- Mentor and assist apprentice and fellow technicians when needed.
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay current on manufacturer training, technical service bulletins, and evolving automotive technologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) current ASE Certifications required.
- ASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferred.
- Previous automotive dealership experience required.
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
- Proven expertise in advanced diagnostics and complex automotive repairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate advanced electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional attitude with leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces.
- Strong fine and gross motor skills to safely operate tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in varying lighting conditions and utilize digital diagnostic equipment.
