The purpose of this position is to work within an integrated health care system ensuring that patients seeking medical services are screened for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and substance use and that their mental health needs are addressed.
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Ensure that new patients and as appropriate, returning patients complete required screening tools;
Participate in weekly and monthly staff meetings with care teams, BH department and supervisor.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years social work experience in a medical or mental health setting.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

DOE: $31.00 - $34.54
