    Now Hiring: Master Teacher - Head Start Preschool | Salt Lake City, UT

    As our Master Teacher, you won't just teach-you'll inspire, lead, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive classroom team dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and supervise assigned classroom staff
    • Collaborate with your teaching team to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment
    • Provide exceptional care and education to a group of preschool children
    • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
    • Help shape a positive, inclusive classroom culture

    Compensation & Benefits

    We believe great teachers deserve great rewards! Our Master Teacher earns a competitive wage of at least $2,216.00 per pay period, plus an outstanding benefits package:

    Is This You?

    • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, but must have an emphasis on Early Childhood essential topics. (Verification of degree/transcripts required.)
    • Experience teaching preschool-aged children
