Bruner Motors Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team in Stephenville, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. As a Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, and tune-ups
Maintain accurate records of all services performed
Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role in automotive repair
Extensive knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and repair procedures
ASE certification or equivalent preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Current Stellantis Certification or the aptitude to master the Stellantis Electrical Assessment
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, in confined spaces and lift loads in excess of 50 lbs. for long periods of time
