• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Hyundai vehicles to manufacturer standards

Automotive Master Technician Compensation and Benefits

The Master Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

• Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performance
• Production‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• Retention‑based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs.
