Join our team as a Master Welder and bring your expertise in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding to a high-quality manufacturing environment. Work on a variety of metals, includingcarbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, performing precision welding, repairs, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities - Weld various metals using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes
- Check and prepare pipe or structural pieces for welding, accounting for shrinkage
- Repair castings, gouges, leaks, and other components
- Operate welding and gas equipment safely, including acetylene and electrical setups
- Assist pipe fitters with pipe installation, preparation, and fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and welding symbols
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with government and company standards
- Perform minor equipment repairs and maintain welding tools and gas equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years of welding experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Proficient in welding techniques, fluxes, rods, and weld shrinkage management
- Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and welding symbols
- Knowledge of metal properties, machining, and welding safety standards
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Welding certification preferred or required
