- Conduct all team practices.
- Conduct all home competitions
- Evaluate skills of team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members, their parents and volunteers.
- Adjust and properly handle all equipment.
- Must be able to instruct the principles of their assigned sport/activity.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 21 years of age
- 2-4 years' experience coaching the sport/activity
- Planning and coordinating team meets and competitions
- Experience in lesson plan writing for assigned sport/activity
- Experience overseeing other coaches for assigned sport/activity
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fundamental knowledge of regulations and the sport/activity
- Must have experience participating in assigned sport/activity, competitive level preferred
