Job Summary
The Director of Mat Brokerage will act as a liaison between parties, create and maintain relationships, pursue new sales opportunities in line with company goals, and ensure all documentation is processed and communicated through the end of the sale.
Responsibilities:
Primary focus: R&B/Ind./Civil
Minimum $8 million revenue per YR
$2 million revenue per QTR
Small contractor’s pipeline
Call out need for coverage in power and pipeline.
Weekly email on active mill, yard, comp inventory Executive and Project Management team
Mill pricing: availability, pricing, location, production
Competition inventory: qty, location, price, size
Onsite shipping (deals as needed)
Actively set up and establish new accounts.
Serve as site contact and establish freight rates to ensure execution of job.
