The Cyber Engineer - Compliance is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and validating cybersecurity controls to ensure systems, networks, operational technology (OT), and third-party integrations meet regulatory, contractual, and enterprise compliance requirements.

Implement and sustain security controls aligned with:
o NIST SP 800-171
o CMMC
o DFARS 252.204-7012
o NIST SP 800-53 (as applicable)
o NIST SP 800-82 (OT environments)
Translate regulatory requirements into enforceable technical controls.
Ensure enterprise policy alignment across IT, OT, and third-party environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: TESA Cyber Engineer- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment assets in accordance with iRAMP requirements to ensure proper accountability, configuration management, and cybersecurity risk tracking throughout each assets lifecycle.
- Providing Cybersecurity compliance guidance to engineering for production and procurement of TE
- Install software packages/updates to enhance operations and testing of production hardware.
- Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity.
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate TE to controlled networks or enterprises
