Material Coordinator

Payrate: $31.42 - $33.21/hr
 
Summary:
The selected candidate will work within Operations, Logistics, and Supply Management as a key functional team member and service provider. This role is responsible for ensuring material availability to support production schedules and customer requirements. The candidate will oversee production material flow, coordinate inventory activities, monitor material availability, and ensure direct materials are scheduled and delivered to the appropriate work centers on time.
 
Responsibilities:

• Working extensively within SAP and MRP systems to schedule, coordinate, and control inventory while supporting day-to-day logistics operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics flow, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to balance customer service, material availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 
Preferred Experience:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, material flow, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience coordinating material movement, inventory replenishment, and production support activities.
• Previous or current military experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
• Software & Computer Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP, MRP, ERP, or equivalent inventory planning systems preferred.
• Experience utilizing inventory management and logistics tracking systems is a plus.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $31.42  - $33.21/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
