Hazmat Material Coordinator expedites flow of materials and products within or between hangars in accordance with production schedules or maintenance priorities.
Responsibilities
+ Stocks hazmat lockers with required products.
+ Inspect hazmat lockers for expired products.
+ Pulls stock from hazmat storage buildings and transports to hangars and lockers for stocking.
+ Collects and transports waste for turn-in.
+ Drives hazmat box truck on the compound, flight line, and main post.
Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. citizen.
+ Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
+ Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
+ Must possess or be able to pass a DOT physical.
+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
+ Must have experience driving a box truck.
+ Previous hazmat experience beneficial.
+ Experience working in a military/govt contracting environment highly preferred.
