Material Coordinator

FieldBridge is looking for a Material Coordinator I in Houston, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate and Schedule:
$17.69/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available as business needs require | At $17.69/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $972.95 gross.

Important Notes:

• 6-month temporary assignment with potential for full-time conversion based on business needs and performance
• Entry-level position, no previous experience required
• 100% onsite
• Start date: ASAP

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dependable Material Coordinator to support increased warehouse activity at their Houston facility. Under direct supervision, this role supports daily warehouse operations, including material movement, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely movement of materials and goods throughout the warehouse
• Store and stage products accurately and appropriately
• Support inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Perform daily clean-up and housekeeping to keep the warehouse safe and organized

Required Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory and warehouse operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Preferred: previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Preferred: forklift/lift truck certification and handheld scanner experience
• Preferred: two-year degree and 1 year of work experience in an operations environment
