Material Coordinator

As a Material Coordinator, youll play a critical role in keeping our construction teams productive, supporting project success, and ensuring materials move efficiently from delivery to deployment. What Youll Do:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries. Stage and label materials for upcoming projects and daily crew needs. Coordinate material requests from Superintendents and Project Managers. Track material movements, shortages, damages, and returns to maintain inventory accuracy. Deliver materials to jobsites and pick up materials from suppliers as needed. Assist with inventory counts and inventory control initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard. Support Yard Coordinator responsibilities when needed. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or material handling preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently. Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability. Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and inventory management systems. Forklift certification required; telehandler experience is a plus. Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (CDL a plus).
