In this position, you'll be a critical link between our warehouse and production teams, ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time to keep operations moving efficiently. You'll wear many hats throughout the day, balancing hands-on warehouse work with communication, coordination, and inventory management responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive, store, ship, and handle materials safely and efficiently while adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
• Partner closely with Production to prepare and deliver materials for upcoming jobs, helping the team stay ahead of schedule changes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through both verbal and digital channels.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and complete documentation with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely while following all company procedures.
• Serve as a key problem-solver who helps keep products, materials, and information flowing smoothly across the facility.

Available Shifts:

• 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday
• 12:00 pm – 10:30 pm Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday
• 3:15 pm – 1:45 am Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

Sign-On Bonus:

• 1st Shift (Daytime Hours) - $1,000
• 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening Hours) - $1,500
