Material Expeditor
Aleknagik Technology, LLC is seeking an On-site Material Expeditor.
This position is in support of wholesale supply chain functions to include:
- Receiving and processing incoming assets from various supply sources, storage, inventory, packing, packaging, transportation, repair cycle support, cargo movement/planning, and demilitarization of equipment/parts prior to disposal action.
- Ability to use computer terminals, handheld terminals, scanners, and other equipment to input data for required transactions.
- Ability to operate forklift trucks and automated material handling equipment to move, stack and unstack, load, and unload and position material.
- Traffic Management background highly desired.
The work environment will be in a warehouse setting as well as outside environment duties and requires the employee to lift or move material weighing up to 40 pounds.
The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM, excluding federal holidays and special organizational days.
Place of performance will be at various locations at Lackland AFB and Port San Antonio, Texas.
Qualification:
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Subject to random drug testing
