Summary Description: Responsible for the safe and orderly movement of bulk materials within the plant and providing documentation as required.\n \nDuties/Responsibilities:\n\n Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock location.\n Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies\n Maintains in-process bulk inventory at work centers with designated footprint.\n Receives credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.\n Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.\n Transport rework to and from designated rework location (containment)\n Empty scrap bins daily (every shift) for designated responsible area/zones\n Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.\n Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; noting when equipment repairs are needed.\n Report any safety hazards promptly to immediate supervisor/team leader\n Follow all PPE mandates by the plant\n Visual inspect containers for damage during course of operation.\n Remove any damaged containers from service to designated "damaged" location\u2026..i.e. outside\n Report any instances where PIV has contacted restraints and/or other equipment to immediate supervisor/team leader\n Ensure material put away follows FIFO\n Maintain WIP/FG lanes free of dirt and debris\n Report any process conflicts such as mislabels, incorrect quantity, or mixed parts to appropriate supervisor/team leader.\n \nRequired Skills\n\n Must be able to work well in a team\n Ability to read. write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance\n Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software\n Understanding of Production processes and basic inventory control\n Maintain a current PIV certification\n \nRequired Experience\n\n* 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferred\n \nPosted Date\n \n4/16/2026\n\n
