Overview:
Arrow Staffing is now hiring a Temporary Material Handlerin Redlands, CA. to support the distribution team in preparation for an upcoming conference. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and material movement. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the day.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Temporary Role | Dates needed: May July and June August
Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Assist department manager with daily operational needs
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials
Perform on-campus deliveries as needed
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Assemble and kit products and materials
Pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders
Label, tag, and prepare packages for distribution
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support team with additional tasks as assigned
Plus, but not necessary: previous Forklift experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required:Background check and dates of employment verification is required
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
English communication skills required
Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
