Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation

• Pay: $16.50/hr
• Benefits: available after 90 days
• 401(k): company match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

• Contract: ~52 weeks with potential to extend (based on attendance/performance/business needs)
• Location: On-site in Sumter, SC (no street address included)
• Schedule: E Shift, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM , rotating schedule (3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off)
• Screening: 10-panel drug screen required ; eye exam required
• Background: candidates may start while background is pending, but must be cleared before starting

• Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Maintain basic records and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Work in a metrics-driven environment with general to limited supervision
• Perform physical work including frequent lifting/pushing/pulling (30+ lbs unassisted) and using stairs/steps

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1+ year forklift experience required
• Ability to read/write/understand English and perform basic math
• Comfortable with variable temperatures (hot in summer/no AC; cold in winter/limited heating)

• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling experience
• Experience working around moving mechanical equipment in a moderately loud environment
