Material Handler 3 Compensation: pay $22.15/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Material Handler 3 Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed) ; on-site role; in-person interviews ; safety shoes required

Material Handler 3 Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload product within the distribution/distribution center environment
• Pick/pack/label orders and process orders using RF scanning technology
• Build and wrap pallets; re-palletize product for shipment as needed
• Support inbound/outbound and inventory movement; locate/retrieve product and replenish pick locations
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and site SOPs/work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow all safety practices at all times
• Operate material handling equipment (as assigned/authorized) and report any damage/maintenance issues promptly

Material Handler 3 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Warehouse experience (picking/pulling; working with production orders / bill of materials)
• Experience with material handling equipment (order picker, reach truck, counterbalance, dock stocker, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to read/interpret distribution documents; basic organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (as required) and perform physical job duties (standing/walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling)

Material Handler 3 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (including RF/voice-based picking)
• SAP experience/exposure a plus
