LINK Staffing is hiring a Material Handler in Sugar Land, TX for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a manufacturing facility. This position pays $18.00 per hour and works 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
This role is a good fit for someone with warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who can stay organized, move materials safely, and support daily production needs.

What Youll Do
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming materials
- Pull, issue, tag, and stage parts for production orders
- Stage sales orders and spare parts for shipping
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
- Move materials between docks, storage areas, and production areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed
- Label materials and update inventory locations
- Perform cycle counts and report inventory results
- Process inventory transactions in the warehouse system
- Keep inventory areas clean, labeled, and organized
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 15 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or material handling experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Able to use a tape measure and basic math
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management software
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Organized and able to keep materials properly labeled and staged
- Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends when needed
- EPICOR experience is a plus
